Theme Windows 8.1 and 10 Himouto Umaru-chan By Bashkara

I don't know why I felt excited to make some theme for windows 8.1 or 10. However I have recently made some themes only. Well, today I just finished himouto theme for windows 8.1 or 10. And I want to share it for you guys. :). I make it very different from windows 7 version. But I've been using this theme. I'm sure this will not disappoint you. I hope ^^. Unlike the previous themes, this time I've had to learn some things that bothered me before. And I've been trying to make this theme as best as possible. I hope there are no more cases in which the start menu will stretch and make the display becomes garbled. Because I've changed some property on the start menu. :)
