- yes, for web on nekoweb i host on r2 cloudflare, and for my web on pages.dev is default

- Both are good, but Neocities has limitations despite offering 1 GB of storage. audio files and the like must be hosted on third-party platforms, such as SoundCloud for audio and YouTube for video, whereas Nekoweb is more flexible, though it is limited to just 500 MB (which is why I host other images on R2).

- Static site generators are really helpful for building websites. Of the ones I've tried, Astro is the easiest, and why? I just find it simple to use. I’ve used Jekyll before, by the way, but for some reason, I didn't like the results.
